August 2025

Every big dream starts with a single step

  • Established the vision and mission for Aspen Grove Preparatory School

  • Identified the need for higher-quality childcare and education

  • Began researching licensing requirements and safety regulations

  • Committed to building something of our own to help others

20% — Laying the Foundation

October 2025

Turning ideas into something tangible

  • Completed Child Development Associate (CDA) training

  • Began curriculum and educational planning with Brightwheel

  • Researched Tennessee childcare regulations and worked with TN Department of Human Services

  • Started early branding and concept development

December 2025

Creating the systems to build a new standard

  • Developed a business plan and financial projections

  • Created staff handbook and internal policies

  • Designed floor plans and classroom layouts

  • Launched website and began building an online presence

We are actively building traction and preparing for the next major step

  • Collecting enrollment interest through Brightwheel (located in enrollment interest)

  • Preparing for our upcoming Chamber of Commerce meeting, where we will discuss the positive impact Aspen will have on the community
