  • Assistant Director / Program Coordinator

    Supports the overall academic and operational vision of Aspen Grove. Oversees curriculum implementation, teacher mentorship, licensing compliance, and daily program coordination.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related teaching field required.

  • Marketing / Fundraiser Coordinator

    Leads community outreach, sponsorship development, events, social media strategy, and fundraising events.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field. Experience in brand management and strong written communication skills.

  • Curriculum Specialist

    Designs and refines Aspen Grove’s academic framework to ensure creativity and developmental alignment across all age groups. Provides teacher training and instructional support.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or Curriculum and Instruction required.

  • Lead Teachers (Infant – School Age)

    Serve as classroom leaders responsible for lesson planning, child development tracking, family communication, and maintaining a structured, nurturing environment.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, or related teaching field required.

  • Assistant Teachers

    Support lead teachers in classroom instruction, supervision, and child engagement. Help maintain routines, safety standards, and positive learning environments.

    Qualifications: CDA certification required or currently pursuing a degree in Education.

  • Substitute & Float Teachers

    Provide classroom coverage and support across age groups as needed. Ensure consistency in care, structure, and safety during staff absences.

    Qualifications: CDA certification required or currently pursuing a degree in Education.

  • Administrative Support

    Serves as the first point of contact for families and visitors. manages front desk operations, scheduling, communication, and enrollment documentation.

    Qualifications: Customer service, scheduling systems, confidential record handling, and professionalism are required.

  • Operations Staff (Kitchen, Facilities, etc.)

    Maintains a clean, safe, and compliant environment. Supports meal preparation, sanitation standards, and facility upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Qualifications: Experience in food service, custodial service, or maintenance required. Food handler certification required.
