Sponsorship & Contribution Terms

Aspen Grove Preparatory School is a privately owned educational center under Aurelian Legacy Holdings LLC. All contributions are voluntary and are made in support of the development and launch of Aspen Grove Preparatory School.

Sponsorship Approval

Aspen Grove reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, decline, or remove sponsorship recognition or promotional placement if a business, organization, or individual does not align with the values, mission, or standards of Aspen Grove Preparatory School. Sponsorship recognition is not guaranteed and may be adjusted to preserve the integrity of the school’s educational environment.

No Ownership or Control

A contribution or sponsorship does not grant ownership, equity, decision-making authority, operational control, or legal partnership in Aspen Grove Preparatory School or Aurelian Legacy Holdings LLC. All governance and business decisions remain solely with ownership.

Non-Refundable Contributions

All donations and sponsorship contributions are final and non-refundable. Contributions are made voluntarily and with the understanding that they support a private business initiative in development.
